Kaapse Maria, the gastropub of local brewer Kaapse Brouwers, brings together bold flavours and craft beer in a stylish setting on Rotterdam’s Mauritsweg. There are 24 rotating taps with Kaapse’s own creations as well as specials from guest brewers. The menu focuses on seasonal sharing dishes, updated each month, using local and organic ingredients. Natural wines and ciders are part of the line-up, with staff happy to suggest pairing ideas.
