WIN 2x2 tickets for evening on consumerism at Arminius

In recent years, politicians have been taking increasingly robust measures against climate change. But is it enough? Is consumerism the solution? Or rather economic green growth? On Thursday 12 October, Paul Schenderling and Barbara Baarsma will discuss this with each other and the audience. We may give away 2x2 tickets!

According to Paul Schenderling, we should both consume and choose more climate-friendly products. This should be arranged through taxes, which are then used to reduce taxes on labour. The result would then be more free time. Barbara Baarsma thinks that economic growth can go hand in hand with climate measures, so-called green growth.

Baarsma and Schenderling engage in a discussion with each other, with MPs Jan Klink (VVD) and Suzanne Kröger (GroenLinks) and the audience. Discussion leader: Robert Dur and Huub Brouwer.
