New Jozi Coffeehouse is new on Jonker Franstraat

Two friends made the switch from a corporate career to entrepreneurship and opened New Jozi Coffeehouse. The name is based on New York and Johannesburg (Jozi), the cities where the founders are from. The shop offers coffee from several Rotterdam-based coffee roasters. The beans are also available in packaged form. The menu includes a breakfast sandwich, a Korean chicken burger and Norwegian pancakes.

New Jozi offers coffee from Manhattan, Scot, Grounded and Shokunin, among others. The owners hope to highlight local coffee beans and let customers discover new favourites.

Located at Jonker Fransstraat 105A, New Jozi is open as early as 7.30am and offers affordable breakfast sets then.
