Fenix, Studio De Zolder and restaurant Mies debut at Museumnacht010

Museumnacht010 takes place on Saturday 7 March, transforming Rotterdam into one big art landscape. This edition welcomes a number of new venues such as the new art museum Fenix on Katendrecht, the interdisciplinary Studio De Zolder in Middelland, and the restaurant Mies, located in a Bauhaus icon.

From Wednesday 21 January, visitors will buy an Early Bird at the ticket counter. Those who miss out will have the chance to score a regular ticket from the second week of February. In February, Museum Night will announce the full programme, which includes exhibitions, performances, workshops, DJ sets, tours and other activities.

On 7 March, dozens of museums, art institutions and galleries will open their doors from 20:00 to 01:00 for the annual evening of art, experimentation and encounters. Visitors will wander through a specially curated programme full of exhibitions, performances, workshops, talks, tours and dance floors at dozens of locations across the city.

Besides the new venues, familiar names return in a new guise. The Nederlands Fotomuseum will open the doors of the monumental Santos warehouse on Katendrecht in early February 2026 and TENT Rotterdam last year settled in a former harbour laboratory on Coolhaven.

Together with some 30 other institutions, including Kunsthal Rotterdam, Depot Boijmans, Nieuwe Instituut, Wereldmuseum, BRUTUS, Maritiem Museum and Laurenskerk, Museumnacht010 shows that Rotterdam's art and culture scene is constantly evolving.

Museum Night010 is an initiative of Rotterdam museums, art institutions and galleries, aiming to create a stimulating and accessible museum experience for both new discoverers and seasoned art lovers. During Museum Night010, visitors discover museums outside regular opening hours with a special programme. This creates new perspectives and encounters, spread throughout the city.
