Young Gun Silver Fox
This English-American duo makes sun-drenched palm-tree soft rock that seems to come straight from 1970s Los Angeles. They return to Rotterdam with the music from the new album 'Pleasure'.
English-American duo Young Gun Silver Fox – consisting of producer/multi-instrumentalist Shawn Lee and singer/songwriter Andy Platts (Mamas Gun) – bring an irresistible mix of soulful pop and '70s West Coast vibes. Their debut West End Coast (2015) heralded a fresh revival of '70s West Coast pop: a record full of sun-drenched palm-tree soft rock that seems to come straight from Los Angeles in the seventies, with hits like "You Can Feel It" and "Lolita".
Since then, the band has grown into a globally beloved live act, with sold-out shows, a loyal fan base (including Jeff Lynne and Hans Zimmer), and albums full of timeless, groovy pop songs. After Ticket To Shangri-La (2022), they return in 2025 with Pleasure – an album full of soulful harmonies, tight grooves and their signature summer vibe. Young Gun Silver Fox continues to evolve, but always with their characteristic mix of craftsmanship, warmth and musical magic.
