XANUUN (tells the stories of Somali youth who migrated to the United Kingdom via the Netherlands. In their search for a new future and safety, they found the opposite: violence and exclusion. On stage, the inner struggle and experiences of these young people come to life. With grime and trap music, two British music styles that symbolize resistance, XANUUN gives a voice to these young newcomers.
