Vliegende Wormen

A montage theater piece about the city of Rotterdam as an eco-system and how exactly we move within it.

How we treat a plastic bag flying past on the street, a stray worm on the asphalt, a stranger in the subway or the neighbor.

Everything and everyone we encounter in the city each have their own story and reason for passing each other. I think that's a wonderful thought.

In this performance we play with the anonymity that the city brings, how we feel together and yet sometimes very alone. How we are constantly watching and being watched, but no one really sees you. Do you have a right to exist if no one sees you? Or will you still be missed because of that plastic bag?
