The Race Theater Show - Heroes!

Formula 1 is the fastest growing sport in the Netherlands in terms of popularity. This is partly because Max Verstappen was the first Dutchman to become world champion in 2021 and now has three world titles to his name. These fantastic moments were of course provided with witty commentary from Olav Mol and Jack Plooij.

Olav Mol has been a commentator at the GPs since 1991 and in recent years at Ziggo Sport. There is no greater expert than Mol in the field of Formula 1. From history to obscure facts, Mol knows it all. Reporter Jack Plooij has been interviewing drivers and team bosses for more than 20 years. Together they have provided the exclusive live race report for Grandprix Radio since 2022.

Now Mol and Plooij are in the theater together for the fifth year with De Race Theatershow to share their passion with the fans. After their previous successful tour, they return this summer with the Race Theater show: “Heroes!”. In this performance they will pay a lot of attention to the Formula 1 heroes of then and now. Of course they also provide an exclusive look behind the scenes with interesting facts, anecdotes, secrets and the fierce rivalries; which the connoisseur, but also the layman, can enjoy.
