Storytelling Night E03 | Wild, beautiful beasts

What to expect: Each Storytelling Night has a different theme. This time, we are celebrating Wild, Beautiful Beasts, inspired by Animal Day (October 4). Each edition brings together 4-5 people who share a personal 8-minute story centered on a central theme. Everyone is welcome to join. The evening is hosted and curated by Maria Indjeian Diaz. The Storytelling Night takes place in a cozy setting at OASE, where you can enjoy drinks and food while listening to the stories. About the theme: Everyone knows that the "not allowed on the bed" rule would never work. And that guilty sideways glance could never really make you angry. They all understand, and when they leave the earth, a part of you leaves too. But our relationships with animals don't stop at the ones we let into our homes. Mosquitoes may have humiliated you in a nightly battle, showing you that for big impact, size doesn't matter. You might have more in common with sharks than you think; looking a bit mean on the outside, but inside you are actually quite nice and just trying to exist. And sometimes it is simply a matter of perspective. Reactions to seeing pigs versus kittens can vary... but they both have a heart, a soul, and stories.
