Your monthly inside-out reset in an outside-in world. We all take on roles. Student. Employee. Daughter. Friend. The title on your LinkedIn, the version of yourself you show every day. We live a lot in our heads, while our body is present all the time. It carries everything that our head is too busy to feel. Embodiment is returning to yourself. Out of your head and into your body. In this edition of SPARK Clubhouse, we will explore together whether the way you move through the world really aligns with who you are. Together with Rubén Garcia, professional dancer and co-founder of BEZWEEFD, we will use movement and exercises to feel what your body is already trying to tell you. Start the week by stopping thinking and starting feeling. SPARK Clubhouse is the monthly offline meeting place of youth movement IMAGINAL CELLS. For everyone between 18 and 30 who is curious about more clarity from within.
