SONGSOFSONGS - BVDS

This movement performance draws inspiration from the most obscure text of the Bible: The Song of Songs. SONGOFSONGS immerses the audience in a cross-species love game that, to the pumping pulse of OTION's real-life beats, works towards a pansexual polyphonic orgasm. A search for a long-forgotten reality where everything makes love to everything.

For SONGOFSONGS, BVDS collaborates specifically with composer, spoken-word artist and dancer/choreographer OTION. OTION was recently seen in Romana's theater hit Peace Time Will Teach Us. He also composed sound art for the exhibition Continue This Thread, which is currently on display in the Amsterdam Museum.

SONGOFSONGS is part of a diptych that will be inaugurated in the spring of 2024 with an exhibition at MU Hybrid Art House in Eindhoven.
