Silbar Special: Mexican Fine Dining
Mexican restaurant Silbar is hosting a special fine dining experience! Chef Robert is returning to his Michelin-starred roots (Restaurant Joelia, De Librije) with a special 5-course menu for just €65.
Robert is pulling out all the stops with a Mexican 5-course menu featuring, among others, Kingfish with Salsa Roja Pico, Langoustine with licorice, and a Birria Tartelette that you will be talking about for a long time! Expect surprising combinations, spicy pearls, and, of course, beautiful presentations. The fixed five-course menu costs €65. You can order a matching cocktail menu from cocktail maestro Pim for €35. Delicious accompanying wines, beers, and homemade sodas are also available to order separately. Silbar opens exclusively for this special dinner at 5:00 PM. Dinner starts at 6:30 PM.
