A delicious five-course Mexican Christmas menu for €45
Celebrate Christmas Eve (Wednesday, December 24th) at Mexican restaurant Silbar. A sumptuous five-course dinner has been prepared with various options (1 vegetarian) for only €45.
The menu starts with an Empenada Birria (slow-cooked beef) or Empenada Rajas (roasted bell pepper and corn). Followed by a Tostada Caballa Ahumada (crispy tortilla with pork, frijol, and jalapeño mayo) or a Tostada de Piment (bell pepper tartare and guacamole).
Of course there are tacos! Two special versions: Al Pastor (a classic Mexican pork dish with pineapple) and Coliflor with cauliflower and a refreshing salsa verde. For your main course, choose between Carne Asasade: Babette on asparagus, or Choyote, a typical Mexican dish of corn dumplings with frijol. For dessert, crispy churros with chocolate sauce! Enjoy!

World Paloma Day in Rotterdam
