As part of Schiebroek Leeft, one or two bands perform in the hall of De Buurvrouw every first Saturday of the month!
Sapien is playing on October 17. Sapien is a four-piece band from Arnhem. A driven group that unleashes its energy on stage. The members met in their first year of music education. What started with shared ideas about the world and a musical connection has grown into Sapien. They make energetic funk rock with influences from the genres of rock, pop, indie, and funk.
As they so beautifully put it themselves: "SAPIEN, the chaos of man and his emotions, that is us. Disguised as a fever dream of raw, unpolished Funk Rock that carves its way through the corners of the musical spectrum."

Tame Impala will play two shows at Ahoy on 7 and 8 June
