Runner Orkater/De Nieuwkomers Patrick Ribeiro presenteert

Hoogvliet Rotterdam, late '90s. Due to a series of events, a boy finds his home on the street, where he joins a group that is there for each other. 'Together strong and all for one' is the motto. Between the high-rise buildings forms the arena of his life. Until he falls in love. He feels all sorts of things and especially a resistance to surrender to this new feeling. This new feeling that can be beautiful, but of which he cannot see into the future. He has to distance himself from everything he has learned so far. But can he do that?

With Runner, Patrick Ribeiro creates a personal performance in which he mixes poetry with explosive music by Jornt Bras.
