Reverso feat. Eric Vloeimans

Reverso is the project of French pianist Frank Woeste (Ibrahim Maalouf, Dave Douglas), American trombonist Ryan Keberle (Maria Schneider, Wynton Marsalis), and French cellist Vincent Courtois (Louis Sclavis, Henri Texier). This curious trio musically builds on the mutual inspiration that classical music and jazz have been for each other for more than a century. On previous well-received albums, the musicians explored the music of 'Le Groupe des Six' and later Maurice Ravel. They come to Rotterdam with a brand new Gabriel Fauré project for which they expand the trio with none other than Eric Vloeimans. This evening, expect Fauré's music performed by a unique quartet that reassembles and disassembles the compositions and converts them into a completely new concept.
