Remko Vrijdag is known for his mix of absurdism, social commentary, and parodies. He rose to prominence as a member of De Vliegende Panters, with whom he caused a sensation in the 1990s with absurdist performances and TV series. His solo debut in 2024 was well-received by the press and nominated for a Poelifinario.
What you can expect
In this try-out, Vrijdag takes you on an evening full of unexpected twists, songs, and sharp observations. A common thread is the parody of a former prime minister that just won't let him go. The show is still in development, giving the evening an open and experimental character.
