Release & Receive | een nieuwe maan cacao ceremonie

  • The Usual
  • Diverse

Soul Space is organising a holistic (cacao) ceremony for everyone who wants to slow down and make space for new intentions. An in-depth evening with meditation, music, yoga and breathwork.

**Release & Receive – Cacao Ceremonie** Sometimes you carry things with you without being aware of it anymore. Old patterns, beliefs or expectations that once helped you, but perhaps no longer fit who you are becoming. During this cacao ceremonie we invite you to slow down, turn inward and reflect on what you may let go of and what you want to give more space to. With the new moon in Schorpioen as inspiration, this evening is dedicated to transformation and emotional honesty. We will guide you with ceremonial cacao, meditation and visualization, breathwork and exercises focused on regulating your nervous system. With a releasing and intention ritual, journaling, insight cards and a musical journey, we create space for reflection, new perspectives and connection with yourself. We conclude with a sharing circle in which you can share your experiences, if you wish. You do not need any experience with cacao ceremonies or meditation. You are welcome as you are, with everything that is alive in you at this moment. Treat yourself to a moment to consciously reflect on what you no longer want to carry and what you want to invite into the next phase of your life.
