Randall Goosby herontdekte werken voor viool en piano

Goosby studied with Itzhak Perlman and recorded his most recent CD with none other than Yannick Nézet-Seguin. In addition to the famous violin concerto by Max Bruch, this CD also contains two violin concertos by the long-overlooked Florence Price. He also makes such a combination in this concert: in addition to well-known composers Mozart and Schubert, the program includes works by rediscovered composers Joseph Bologne de Saint-Georges, Florence Price, Samuel Coleridge-Taylor and William Grant Still.
