Nathalie Baartman - Deer

Sooooo, it's about time: Nathalie Baartman in Valhalla. She thinks so too, by the way. 'Yes, I'm playing again!!!' is (rightly) the only news she reports on her website. It has been a few seasons since Nathalie toured the country and played with us with her performance Breek.

Fortunately, there is now new work by the Twente cabaret artist: Deer

It bothers me. It does something to me. The suffering. The beast in man. The animal. Deer in Twente. Deer in English. My deer. My heart. Deer. Because who knows, what hurts.

Deer is a cabaret show about everything that Nathalie holds dear, mien wench. My child. About everything on two or four legs. From an egg or with glasses. The deer. Human existence. It bothers me. I take it to heart. And how it turns out okay.
