A family tragedy in which characters struggle with their imposed roles and search for true self-expression, with a dark but meditative atmosphere that ultimately becomes liberating. The story follows an old man in a care facility, surrounded by care staff who document his life while his family visits sporadically. Before his death, his daughter realizes how much his influence has affected her life and realizes that she must learn to look again to find her own way. As the old man dies, the characters experience a breaking away from traditional theatrical conventions, culminating in a liberating rave.
