Muziektheatervoorstelling Prikkel

In June, vocal group Fuse and lyricist/cabaret artist Vincent Bijlo will be on stage with the musical theater performance “Prikkel”.

With “Prikkel” the singers of Fuse and Vincent explore the stream of impressions that we have to process in today's society.

We want everything at once: a nice job, children, a large circle of friends, a beautiful body and also follow everything online. Although we are surrounded by devices that are supposed to make our lives easier, we do not slow down. In short, life is constantly full of stimuli, but what is the effect of that? This performance offers a sharp and musical reflection on our Western way of life.

Together with lyricist and comedian Vincent Bijlo, Fuse sings about different types of stimuli and their positive and negative aspects in Prikkel in a musical, astute and slightly contrary way.

"Prikkel" is under the musical direction of Tijs Krammer and is directed by Panda van Proosdij. It is an innovative interplay in which text and music not only complement each other, but also enrich each other.
