Come and join our Move & Mingle - Sports and Meeting Day for LHBTI+ youth and their friends! Go for sports, fun and meeting!
A day where LGBTI+ youth and their friends can exercise, laugh and be themselves. Without judgement, full of connection. This is not just a sporting event. Move & Mingle is the place where young people up to 20 years old can finally discover how fantastic it feels to be completely yourself. A free day full of new friendships, challenges and moments when you think: "Wow, I can really do this!"
A world of possibilities awaits you
Ever tried wheelchair basketball? Or salsa dancing while blind? At Move & Mingle, you’ll discover sports you’ve never tried before: from powerful crossfit and elegant yoga to expressive voguing and spectacular freerunning. But there’s more! Get styled by real make-up artists at Make-up Madness, design your own sportswear with professional fashion designers, or dive into identity workshops where you can finally ask those questions you’ve always had. This is your chance to discover what’s inside you.
Why this will be the outing of the year
Move & Mingle was created because young people themselves said: "We want to meet each other!" It is a day where your parents, carers and teachers are also welcome - they will get their own inspiring workshops on how they can support you even better. Organized by a power team of organizations that really understand what young people need. This is not just an event - this is a movement that you can be a part of.
