With the 'Forever' tour, Michael W. Smith celebrates four decades as a solo artist. What started in 1983 with evergreens such as 'Friends' and 'Great Is The Lord' became a rich repertoire with many worship songs around the turn of the century. When you say 'Michael W. Smith', one person thinks of the pop artist who sings about recognizable situations like the best pop artists. The other thinks of a passionate and sympathetic worship leader who, with his 'Worship' albums, took songs like 'Above All', 'Step By Step' and 'Waymaker' further than ever before. In 2024, Smith will start his world tour under the name 'Forever'; a reference to his recent 'Worship Forever' album, but also a statement about the timeless music that refers again and again to an eternal God. During these evenings Michael takes you through his entire career. From the earliest to the most recent songs and both his pop and worship repertoire. And after the success of his previous visits, The Choir Company cannot be missed. The project choir will accompany Smith on stage, in addition to his full band.
