We have become accustomed to giving everything a rating. But what do those stars actually say? And do you want your child to be a star child?

The relationship between writer and stage artist Marco Martens and the Dutch school system has always been somewhat difficult. The school that hip hop offered him, that's where he really learned something. It made him the versatile storyteller he is today.

But now he is forced back into the school system. After all, his daughter has to go to school and that means at least two report discussions a year.

One advantage: this new experience with school did provide good fuel for his performance Sterrenkind, in which Marco makes a passionate plea for being more and measuring less.

A call for space for everyone who does not yet feel heard in the classroom.
