In Je Suis Zorro, vocal artist Luca Warmer takes you on a musical journey full of humor, emotion, and recognition. With her acrobatic voice, she moves through various genres: from pop and classical to world sounds and jazz. Central to the work is the question of what it means to be a hero in a world full of masks. About Luca Warmer
Luca Warmer won the Mingus Prize for composition in 2021 and studied in New York. Her debut performance Appelstroop met Tranen was critically acclaimed and led to a guest curatorship at a renowned venue. This was followed by Oh My Jazz, an ode to her jazz heroines. In Je Suis Zorro, she takes the stage together with guitarist Lucas Meijers. The performance is an ode to falling and rising again, with text and concept by Warmer herself.
