Step out of your daily routine and dive into a world full of undiscovered music during the Listening Circle. Here, you will listen to songs that you might not normally hear. It is an opportunity to broaden your musical horizons and get to know new artists or genres. Whether you are a seasoned music lover or just curious about something different, you are very welcome to come and listen and share.
Beginnings and Endings
This edition of the Listening Circle is themed around 'beginnings and endings'. Each participant brings one song that fits this theme. Together, you will listen attentively to all the chosen songs, played on Koda’s sound system. After listening, you will discuss the music: what moved you, what surprised you, or what made you think? You can briefly introduce your song, but you don't have to. The song may last a maximum of 7 minutes and all genres are welcome. You can bring a song on vinyl, CD, or USB, or stream it via Tidal or YouTube. You are also welcome to come and listen and take part in the conversations without a song.
