League of Beatbox Powered by Boom Snap Clap
The Netherlands is getting a new beatbox championship! Experience the best beatboxers in the country during a day full of battles, technique and spectacular performances.
On Saturday, November 14, the Dutch beatbox scene will come together at Theater Zuidplein for the very first edition of League of Beatbox NL. Beatboxers from all over the Netherlands will compete against each other in exciting battles and show what you can create with just your voice.
Beatbox is the art of vocal percussion. Rhythms, sounds, and complete musical pieces are created without instruments. Using only their voice, breath, lips, and tongue, participants create impressive musical acts.
During this championship, participants will compete for the title in various categories. An expert international jury will judge the performances and will also provide their own performances. Expect surprising battles, lots of energy, and a unique look at an art form that is becoming increasingly popular.
League of Beatbox NL is organized by Stichting Boom Snap Clap, the platform for beatbox in the Netherlands. Together, they are committed to giving beatbox a stage as a fully-fledged art form.
