Kaya Imani
An artist breathing new life into Dutch R&B and a perfect fit for a club where musicality and honesty are paramount. She grew up in a house where music was never off—pianos, voices, and genres all mixed together—and there she found her own path: R&B and soul straight from the heart.
Her rise was anything but coincidental. In 2023, she was selected for FunX Talents and dropped her debut EP, Imani. Her real breakthrough came in early 2024: Ben Met Je went global, and Cruise Control with Yssi SB further cemented her reputation. The FunX Award for Next Best followed, which was only logical, as her sound is truly moving.
At the end of 2024, her second album, "Alles," was released. A record that blends love, pain, vulnerability, and strength into music that lingers. Shortly after, she performed a sold-out solo show at the Tolhuistuin, confirming that she's more than just a name, but a force.
In 2026, Kaya will be touring the country with her Pitstop Tour. Groningen, Tilburg, Utrecht… and of course, BIRD Rotterdam. Kaya Imani isn't just stopping by. She's staying, building, and growing, and you can experience it all live.
