The Jeroen Leenders Experience is not a written show but an event where even the performer never knows exactly what will happen.
Some rough ideas and a boundless mind. Jeroen doesn't have more than that. No prepared jokes but things that make him happy, or angry or scared or sad. That move him or haunt him. Only on stage do you find out together with him whether this can be laughed at, how it can be laughed at and why it can be laughed at. Does this never fail? Certainly! Being allowed to fail is not just an option. It is a condition for being able to arrive at an authentic experience. If he succeeds in his intention, this is always a sincere and magical moment because it could only come about together with the audience.
