ISOTOPIA
Spoken word artist Jayclyne is creating a new show, ISOTOPIA, under the wings of Podium Islemunda. This show will premiere on Friday 13 December 2024. He has already set the lyrics of his show to music and an EP has been made of it.
Jayclyne's performance is about his experiences in isolation during detention. There his dream world was his support and his greatest disappointment. The title of the performance, ISOTOPIA, is a combination word of isolation and utopia.
ISOTOPIA is a multidisciplinary performance with spoken word, rap, storytelling, visual art, theatre and music.
