The JP van Eesteren construction company from Rotterdam has many iconic projects to its name, especially in its own city. For example, they built De Kuip (1937), the Groothandelsgebouw (1953), the Euromast (1960), the Erasmus Medical Center (1966), the Shell building on Hofplein (1976) and also the Markthal (2014)… just to name a few. to name. But there are also many new projects: for example, last year we visited the redevelopment of the Holbein House on the Coolsingel.

In the coming edition we will cycle past existing and new projects, visit places you would otherwise never visit and start at the RottaNova construction site in the center, where contractor JP van Eesteren is currently building together with DuraVermeer, according to a design by the architect.
