huiskamer concert met IHAKA

As a versatile musician, IHAKA travels the world and is involved in a wide range of musical projects. IHAKA was born in Aotearoa (New Zealand), where he learned to play the trombone and began singing at a young age. He soon started working as a singer, songwriter, and bandleader for his own songs. As a solo artist, IHAKA combines his love for jazz, soul, and R&B with a unique energy rooted in his Māori heritage. Thanks to his versatile repertoire and an ensemble of top musicians around him, IHAKA is given the space to explore the humanity that connects the audience with one another.
