Heather Nova

Heather Nova made her debut in the music world in the early 90s and thankfully she hasn’t left since. With a mix of adult pop, raw rock and poetic influences from her idols Patti Smith and Kate Bush, she stormed the charts with her debut album Oyster. The prolific singer-songwriter followed this up with impressive albums such as Siren and Wonderlust. In addition to her vocal talents, Heather Nova is also a dedicated environmentalist. In 2010, she recorded her album 300 Days at Sea using only solar energy.

Known for her emotional live performances, she has become a regular at festivals such as Lowlands, Pinkpop, Bospop and Rock Werchter. After the release of her ninth studio album The Way It Feels, which leaned towards Americana, Nova returned to her roots with Pearl, closing the circle with Oyster. With new material in hand, she continues to enchant audiences, whether she is performing with a full band at major festivals or in intimate theaters, accompanied by just a cellist. During this tour, she will bring an eclectic mix of acoustic, cello-driven songs, interwoven with synths, beats and percussion.
