Haydns Die Schöpfung

Die Schöpfung is without a doubt one of Joseph Haydn's most brilliant compositions. In this three-part oratorio, Haydn celebrates the origin of creation. His infectious enthusiasm is the source of inspiration for the inquisitive academics of the Laurens Choir Academy. In this edition of the academy, learning to work with choir and orchestra is central. Conductors Arie van Beek and Wiecher Mandemaker teach the academics this skill using the first part of this sparkling oratorio. We conclude this project during this final presentation consisting of a public lesson and the concert performance.
