Girls Won't Be Girls - Boys Won't Be Boys

A spectacular ode to femininity with a mix of music, dance, cabaret and poetry.

The winner of the 2024 Winq Diversity Award presents: Girls Won't Be Girls.

In Girls Won't Be Girls we break through boxes, closed doors and glass ceilings. However, not all opportunities are equal for everyone. We tore ourselves free from the corset, but the strings often remained in other hands. How do we rewrite our story together?

Each performance, eight alternating performers (f/x/m) bring a spectacular ode to femininity in all its forms. With a mix of music, dance, cabaret, stories and poetry, you will be moved to tears, roll off your chair laughing, or keep talking for days. Tip: bring your activist grandma, your curious friend or your favorite teenager.
