Gast Chefs bij Prêt

The guest chef determines the menu, organic, local, etc., of course, and Prêt's sommelier searches for the perfect wines. They will be culinary surprises!

Chef 1: Swaan Mostert. A Rotterdam lady who has made her mark at Buitenplaats Brienenoord, De old Fenix Food Factory and now at Klaar Maak. She makes a beautiful menu of delicious vegetarian dishes. A feast for the eyes and stomach!

Chef 2: Joris Booman. A nerd in the kitchen, or his own cooking studio, where he experiments with fermentation, Japanese methods and has a preference for Mexican cuisine. Together with Erika from Wakeat, he will serve up comfort food with a twist. Food for thought ;)

Chef 3: Thomas Voets, who has made his mark at places such as Auberge Jean et Marie in Amsterdam and recently at Benz at Kazerne in Eindhoven. Authentic French cuisine with head-to-head principle and its own twist. Because the straitjacket is not for him. Voted Bistronome of the Year and that is why we are very happy that he will take over our kitchen for 4 days!

Chef 4: Lorena van Bunningen will be in charge of our kitchen in South for the last 2 days. From art to food, a completely different approach and that is why it is so great that she comes to cook with us! Next summer she will do the pop up at Oase, but first 2 days in Prêt. Do you want a feast for the eyes, art to eat? Then book your table quickly.
