How nice it is that there are still musicians who become addicted to the repertoire of the Belgian chansonnier Jacques Brel. As a result, we can still enjoy his music live almost half a century after his death.

The Flemish Filip Jordens is paying tribute to his compatriot this season. Of course he sings the most beautiful chansons by Jacques Brel, but secretly he is also a bit Brel.

Jordens moves, breathes and works up a sweat just like his hero did. Brel is back for a while.
