Falling (Rotterdamse première) Misiconi

Joop explores moments of control and loss, and their impact on individuals after traumatic experiences. Inspired by an emotional event from her own life. Using fans and wind machines, she creates a unique 'falling' image on stage. As an audience you are seen as a mediator between the work and the dancers. It may also happen that you are in direct contact with the wind and the dancers. A unique experience!

A collaboration between Misiconi, Festival Boulevard and V2_ Lab for the Unstable Media, Falling is part of a trilogy about movement and mobility of (in)disabled bodies.
