Dutch Classical Talent - Ana-Carmen Balestra

The program is inspired by her successful debut at the famous Wigmore Hall in London. It is about life, from the beginning and innocence of childhood, through yearning love and heartbreaking loss, to appreciating the small moments of happiness in everyday life. In this complete music theater performance Ana-Carmen shares her personal story, with passionate music and self-written lyrics. South American music, classical works and contemporary compositions merge into a whole. With music by Poulenc, Piazzolla, Mercedes Sosa, and a new work, she celebrates life in all its forms together with the audience!
