On 1 November you can participate for free. And you get something in return: a super-relaxing three-hour session and a very well-cared-for tea ceremony. Discover what slowing down does for you and look at nature with new eyes.
You will experience a forest bath that is fresh, open-minded, and at the same time full of attention and dedication. You can participate in this forest bath for free, but we do ask for a deposit that you can reclaim from us after your participation.
What can you expect?
Meditation: A guided exercise to open your senses and be fully present.
Tea ceremony: A ritual with attention to taste, scent, and silence.
Summer walk: Wander along the paths of Trompenburg, a hidden oasis and perhaps the most beautiful garden in the Netherlands.
Health and well-being: The positive effects of a forest bath can be felt for weeks.
Location: Trompenburg AFTERNOON
Time: 11:00 - 13:00 and 13:00 - 16:00
Costs: €0,- (€20,- deposit + admission to Trompenburg at €12.50)
About the deposit
Why is there a deposit? We want to prevent no-shows so that our new guides can put on a fantastic first forest bath.
