During this screening we offer VO and MBO teachers tools for teaching relational and sexual education through film in the classroom. A large number of teachers indicate in research by Rutgers that they are dissatisfied with the content of relational and sexual education lessons. This teacher screening with discussion is an answer to that.

We watch the teenage documentary series Blossende Oortjes, in which teenagers themselves take the floor about relationships, sex, consent, gender and sexuality. Afterwards, there will be a discussion with an education expert from the sexuality school, who will offer practical tips and a manual for creating a safe setting in the classroom. In addition, we will show how you can use the series for relational and sexual education and the education expert will answer all your burning questions in a Q&A in the audience.

The Sexuality School is a training institute where you can go for (additional) training on all kinds of sexuality themes and is an initiative of Bureau Belle Barbé. Bureau Belle Barbé works on increasing knowledge about and making sexuality a topic of discussion.
