Do the Right Thing - Terrasbios

It's a scorching hot summer in New York's multiracial Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood. Tensions between the African-American residents and the Italians are running high. When an argument turns into violence, the police intervene and kill a black local resident. The film stars Spike Lee as the main character Mookie and the then relatively unknown actors Samuel L. Jackson and John Turturro. Rosie Perez opens Do the Right Thing dancing to Public Enemy's 'Fight the Power', which leaves nothing to the imagination. And the soundtrack contains quite a few great old skool hip-hop tracks.
