This spectacular adventure follows a robot—ROZZUM unit 7134, aka “Roz”—on her journey. After a shipwreck, she is stranded on a deserted island and must survive in the wilderness. Slowly but surely, she builds a bond with the animals on the island and even takes care of an orphaned goose.

The Wild Robot is a heartfelt story of self-discovery that explores the bridge between technology and nature in a compelling way, exploring what it means to be alive and connected to the world around us. The film is written and directed by three-time Academy Award® nominee Chris Sanders—writer and director of DreamWorks Animation’s How to Train Your Dragon and The Croods and Disney’s Lilo & Stitch—and produced by Jeff Hermann (DreamWorks Animation’s The Boss Baby 2: Family Business; co-producer, Kung Fu Panda franchise).
