The design of the people's jury is simple but powerful: two friends speculate in an irresponsible way about (un)solved murder cases. Usually with the necessary comic relief. Always with a bottle of cava.
Laura Scheerlinck and Silke Vandenbroeck launched the first true crime podcast in Belgium in 2017. Today, the popular jury is extremely popular with 400,000 listeners per month, both in Belgium and the Netherlands. Criminally good figures!
In 2024, Laura and Silke will bring their success podcast LIVE in the Netherlands for the first time. Each show is completely unique, each with a new (un)solved murder case from home or abroad. The audience is also drawn into the story, can share their own theories and guess at the possible perpetrator. The tension will be unbearable, even if it is broken at the right time by a joke, a burst of laughter and the fizz of the cava.
