De Dolle Kavita Talkshow Talk Theater

In 2018, Rotterdam writer and theatre maker Shantie Singh introduced the term Dolle Kavita for the first time. The Dolle Mina's were a feminist group of women in the Netherlands that originated in 1969 and wanted to improve women's rights through playful actions. Singh gave this a new twist: it grew into a term for special pioneers who deserve the spotlight. People who have the courage to take an unusual path, who have the courage to break taboos, or the perseverance to deliver special performances against all odds.
