Sometimes you have to look death in the eye to truly see life. Can you actually practice death? In Dansen met de Dood, Stichting TreSonanz invites you to pause and reflect on something we might prefer not to think about too often: our own mortality. But do not expect a heavy evening. With ten professional dancers, live classical music, choral singing, and theatre, an intimate and sensory experience is created about what it means to live, to let go, and to be connected. Dansen met de Dood is an immersive performance. You do not just watch from a distance: music, singing, and dance move around you and take you into the experience. Sometimes moving and quiet, sometimes surprising and with room for humour. A special encounter between dance, music, and theatre that invites you not to push death away, but to look at it for a moment. Because what becomes visible when we realise that life is finite? What do we find truly important? And what does connection mean?
