Crossing Tables: #8 Year of the Fire Horse - gerechten vol warmte, transformatie en beweging

An artist, chef, or collective brings together flavors and migration stories in a sensory experience. Every third Thursday of the month at 6:00 PM at Plein.

Year of the Fire Horse

2026 is the year of the fire horse in the lunar calendar. This edition of Crossing Tables focuses on honoring and celebrating the fire horse. The NA KU Unfold collective designed both the table settings and the menu for this dinner around this celebration. The dishes reflect the energy of the element of fire, conveying warmth, transformation, and movement.

Each dish is an invitation to pause, marvel, and reflect. Throughout the meal, guests are encouraged to follow their curiosity, play, and let their senses guide the experience.

The three-course menu is inspired by Chinese and Vietnamese cuisine. Familiar flavors appear in unexpected forms, challenging you to rediscover and experience culinary traditions.

Practical information

Tickets are €35. Drinks are not included but are available at the bar. The event will be held in English.
