Clean Pete - Serenade

Clean Pete will visit our theater again. We are looking forward to that, because an evening at Clean Pete means an evening of home-grown gourmet tasting. Somewhere at the crossroads between pop and classical, twin sisters Loes and Renée Wijnhoven wrote their Dutch-language repertoire. They pour lively bits of everyday life into beautiful songs with extreme precision and pain. A cello slumbers inexorably into a song and Loes puts down a lover with a light, almost apologetic sneer in her voice.

Come and see. This is intertwined interplay and singing together, as only intertwined genes like those of twin sisters can bring.
