Christmas Inc, een Winstgevende Kerstmusical met John Buijsman) (première

The Amazons, Club Satelliet and John Buijsman.

What is Christmas actually still really about? What happens when we demand what really matters?

Christmas Incorporated is a comedic Christmas musical about consumerism. About how our obsession with profit and eternal growth has hijacked even the most 'magical' traditions. Where overconsumption has become more important than people's true wishes.

In this satirical play, Santa Claus (played by John Buijsman) is the CEO of one of the most powerful companies in the world, Christmas Incorporated, and a key player in the backrooms of the global stage. But when the children's wishes turn out very differently than expected this year, everything threatens to go wrong. The Christmas elves rise up in protest. Will they manage to save Christmas?

Good to know:

  1. The price includes a vegetarian 3-course menu before the performance (we can accommodate vegan and gluten-free diets.)
  2. Do you want more than 10 tickets? Then email reserveringen@theaterwalhalla.nl.

About the makers Christmas Incorporated is a collaboration between music theatre collectives De Amazones and Club Satelliet, in co-production with Werkplaats Walhalla.
